1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NeuroStride's lead generation and social media advertising services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

NeuroStride provides lead generation and social media advertising services designed to identify, engage, and convert potential customers for your business. Our services include:

• AI-powered lead discovery and qualification
• Social media advertising campaign management
• Multi-channel advertising across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn
• Real-time analytics and performance reporting
• Lead verification and quality assurance

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing model is based on qualified leads delivered:

• Facebook & Instagram: $40 per qualified lead
• Google Ads: $50 per qualified lead
• LinkedIn: $60 per qualified lead

Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

4. Lead Qualification Criteria

A qualified lead is defined as a prospect who:

• Has provided verified contact information
• Has expressed genuine interest in your products or services
• Meets your specified demographic and behavioral criteria
• Has engaged with your advertising content or submitted an inquiry

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business and target audience
• Respond to qualified leads in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for illegal or unethical purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared

6. Service Level Agreement

NeuroStride commits to:

• Deliver qualified leads within the agreed timeframe
• Provide real-time reporting and analytics
• Maintain 99.5% uptime for our platform
• Respond to support inquiries within 24 hours during business days

7. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of the leads we generate. All data collection and processing activities comply with applicable privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our platform, algorithms, and proprietary technology remain with NeuroStride. Clients retain ownership of their business data and marketing materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

NeuroStride's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Midland, Texas.
